Some of you know him by now, MedMapGuy creates Robotech fanart and fanfilms. It appears that he made some posts on Robotech.com's Production forum that got deleted due to his views on Shadow Chronicles. I think it was the final straw for him that he may plan to leave the fandom once and for all.

MedMapGuy's threatened to leave the Robotech fandom at least three times now. He gets retired and unretired as often as [baseball player] Roger Clemens does.
In short, I fail to see how this is news.

Funny. It's obviously no surprise to hear you guys say that.
Sure. I'm wishy-washy. We all have our faults. Anyway, it's a blog. People are meant to whine in blogs. Or have you forgotten what the internet is all about?
What I say is meant to show the true nature of how people would react. If one reacts the way you guys do, it's pretty obvious you're not my friends.
Here's the deal - Have you ever heard me mock or insult the UEG project in my blog or at the RDF HQ boards? Have I questioned the logic you use in the flame wars you get around the web? No. I stay quiet because I wouldn't want you to get insulted. I may not agree with you, but it's better than saying "you're wrong!" Right in your face.

And Khyron, have I personally insulted or badmouthed you in my forums? No. Have I mocked you for the foolish things you did back when you were a member of Robotech.com, or your support for Robotech 3000? Right.
I make it a point not to insult anyone's ideology, or perspective on Robotech. Only at people like the Web Guy, Creative Director, Marketing Guy. As far as I know, you guys insult just about everybody who doesn't agree with you. Boo f**king hoo.
If you don't like what I say, then don't go to my blog. Don't look at my works. I think I've put up with your BS long enough. Some "friends".
BTW, thanks Masters - although I myself this isn't really newsworthy. But hey, as if Harmony Gold is putting out anything more interesting to post, right?
