The United Earth Group project crew that are trying to produce their own fan made Robotech production, Robotech Genesis, has released some pretty awesome screenshots recently. The blueprint of the SDF-1 is extremely detailed and awesome. They have also released six screenshots of animation stills. It looks like they're really on track to something great. not bad not bad at all.
They need to round off those edges and they might have something there. The bllom lighting has to go as well. It shouts lazyness and the attempt to hide details that are missing.
